Order
Can I change / cancel my order once it is placed?
If you have already placed an order and want to change it, please contact us at contact@yiy-bo.ch as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change happen and adapt the order to your preferences.
However, if the order has already been shipped, it is not possible to change or cancel it.
How do I apply my Membership Discount Code?
Simply enter your personal discount code received by email during checkout in the field “Enter a promo code” and click “Apply”. The amount of the discount will be deducted from your cart total.
Only one discount code can be applied per order and cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.

3. Shipping
When will my creative pieces arrive ?
All orders are dispatched within 48 business hours. Delivery time depends on where you are, but it usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
Please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee – Swiss Post does not operate during public holidays and can have delays on their side for other reasons, over which we have no control.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free delivery or pickup within Geneva.
Pickup Location: Gare Champel, Av. de Champel, 1206 Geneva, Switzerland
Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for delivery in Geneva or for pickup at our location.
IMPORTANT: If your package gets returned to our warehouse in Geneva by Swiss Post because they couldn’t deliver it (e.g., „recipient not found at address provided“), we don’t cover the fees to reship your order. To avoid such occurrences, please make sure to check your address and name before finalizing your order with us. If you just recently moved and your address changed, we kindly advise you to notify your local post office immediately and register your change of address with forwarding.
Where do you ship TO/FROM?
We’re starting small and currently only ship within Switzerland.

How can I track my parcel?
The tracking number of your parcel is included in your shipping confirmation email following the order confirmation. Please check your junk email folder if you don’t see the order confirmation – both emails must be there. Once you have the tracking number, you can check the status on the La Post website.
The tracking shows my parcel is delivered, but it’s not in my letter box. What happened?
Firstly, we recommend checking with your neighbors if they have received your parcel by accident – this solves 99% of such cases. If your neighbors did not receive it either, the parcel is most likely, stolen.
Suppose you consider the parcel to be stolen. In that case, you can make a claim at your local police office and then send the claim to your Household Insurance (Assurance Ménage / Haushaltversicherung / Assicurazioni Economia domestica).
YÏY-BO Association is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless such an event happens during transit. Therefore, we recommend that you track your parcel and schedule your Swiss Post delivery using the Swiss Post website or app.
4. Returns
Can I return, cancel or exchange a product?
If you have just placed an order and realized you took the wrong item or would like to cancel an item, please email us right away at contact@yiy-bo.ch, so we can help you adjust the order if it’s still in the warehouse.
Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will take care of the whole process very easily and at no cost to you so that you continue to love us very much. Contact us at contact@yiy-bo.ch
Refund policy
You can return the products you want from your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products and we will issue you a refund.
If you have changed your mind about your order or have had a mistake when doing so, don’t worry! The products to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were received; unopened and with original packaging and box.
Once we receive the returned products, we will check that everything is correct and we will contact you to confirm that the refund is managed. In these cases we will reimburse you for the amount of the products received, but not the shipping costs of the original order.
