This website is owned and operated by YÏY-BO Association, rue Marignac 1, 1206 Geneva, Switzerland.These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

YÏY-BO ensures the quality, completeness and security of the information contained on its website. In addition, it takes all reasonably possible measures to ensure the proper functioning of the site. However, YÏY-BO cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability and completeness of the information, images, documents, software and other data contained therein. Furthermore, system failures such as interruptions, virus attacks or loss of data cannot be excluded. YÏY-BO expressly reserves the right to modify the content of its website in part or in full, to delete it or to temporarily suspend its distribution, at any time and without prior notice. Consequently, YÏY-BO assumes no liability for direct, indirect or consequential damages that may result from consulting, using or being unable to access the site.

The YÏY-BO website provides references and links to other websites. YÏY-BO takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

YÏY-BO collects personal data only to provide the services requested by the user, for example when the user fills out a form or any other input field on the site. Your IP address, browser type, access time and the URL of the page you viewed are stored. We reserve the right to collect this data for statistical purposes and to evaluate it in order to improve the offers on our site. The information thus collected does not allow individuals to be directly identified and therefore only provides information on the general terms of use. We reserve the right to communicate important information to you via YÏY-BO member emails.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Billing and payments

We use third party payment processors to assist us in processing your payment information securely. Such third party processors' use of your Personal Information is governed by their respective privacy policies which may or may not contain privacy protections as protective as this Policy. We suggest that you review their respective privacy policies.

 

Commercial Terms offered to customers

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

If you have just placed an order and realized you took the wrong item or would like to cancel an item, please email us right away at contact@yiy-bo.ch, so we can help you adjust the order if it’s still in stock.

 

Shipping

Shipping times vary depending on where you are, but normally it will take from 3 to 5 days. 

Please note this is an estimate and not a guarantee – Swiss Post does not operate during public holidays and can have delays on their side for other reasons, over which we have no control.

We offer a free delivery for Geneva city and a free pick-up option. 

Important: If your package gets returned to us by Swiss Post because they couldn’t deliver it (e.g. "recipient not found at address provided“), we don’t cover the fees to reship your order. To avoid such occurrences, please make sure to check your address and name before finalizing your order with us. If you just recently moved and your address changed, we kindly advise you to notify your local post office immediately and register your change of address with forwarding.

The tracking number of your parcel is included in your shipping confirmation email following the order confirmation. Please check your junk email folder if you don’t see the order confirmation – both emails must be there.

YIY-BO Association is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Therefore, we recommend that you track your parcel and schedule your Swiss Post delivery using the Swiss Post website or app.

 

Return and refund policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To return a product(s), kindly first send us an email at contact@yiy-bo.ch and let us know your order number and which product(s) you would like to return. 

For any return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.

Once we receive the returned products, we will check that everything is correct and we will exchange it or offer a refund. In these cases we will reimburse you for the amount of the products received, but not the shipping costs of the original order.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold YÏY-BO harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Acceptance of this policy

You acknowledge that you have read this Policy and agree to all its terms and conditions. By accessing and using the Website and Services you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree to abide by the terms of this Policy, you are not authorized to access or use the Website and Services.
