The Bullets Series, created in March 2022 in both graphic and ceramic forms, is a powerful reflection on the war in Ukraine.
Each ceramic flower holder captures fragments of the artist’s inner world — landscapes, flowers, vessels, and faces — forms that endure untouched by time or decay. These elements remain honest and exposed, carrying visible traces rather than hiding them.
Designed to hold a single flower or branch, the piece becomes a quiet sculptural presence in the space. It speaks of resilience and continuity, embodying a beauty that remains true to itself — unyielding and unhidden.

Ceramic Flower Holders
ASSHA is the boundless creative realm of Oleksandra Plavinska, a Ukrainian ceramic artist from Odesa celebrated for her expressive, functional sculptures. Her ceramic napkin holders, matchboxes, vases, and flower holders—everyday objects—transform simple interactions into rich storytelling moments.
Originally trained as a theatre and film artist, Oleksandra began her journey with painting, launched her own upcycling brand, and ultimately found her true passion in ceramics. The ASSHA world is populated by haunting eyes and faces that invite viewers into their mysteries, alongside landscapes and florals that communicate through vibrant colors and evocative forms. Oleksandra’s work explores the interplay between the human spirit and the external world, infusing profound meaning into deceptively simple, utilitarian forms.
